The Little Fiddle Bar
OUR RESTAURANT AND MENUS ARE INSPIRED BY TRUE IRISH CULTURE AND CONTEMPORARY RECIPES
A venue to restore all faith in true Irish culture, live music, outstanding fare and designed to entertain to the fullest.
With a gambling loss and a stolen horse in Dunedin, saved from a robbery by a dwarf on the gold fields, a Burgess Gang encounter up the Buller Gorge, Arthur shooting a saddle bag off a horse containing a little fiddle, meeting flossie a little fiddler in Kaikoura and employing Paddy ‘the Cook’ at the Hurunui Hotel, he finally arrived in Christchurch where he built the Little Fiddle.
After a lot of fiddling, little Arthur was born, and with a new pussy called ‘diddle’ who he taught how to fiddle, the best Irish Bar was here to stay! Enjoy Paddy’s fare and all manner of libations the Little Fiddle has continued to offer. Always feel welcome to pop in for a Little Fiddle.
