Our staff is made up of trained professionals, well accustomed to providing a high level of service. Each member of our team carries extensive product knowledge and many of our staff are bi-lingual, so they are able to communicate with international tourists. We also have a dedicated English, Japanese and Chinese Online Team to ensure a timely response to any query.
